Terms & Conditions of Hire

·                Provisional bookings whether made at the time of viewing or verbally by telephone will only be held for 7 days.

·                Your booking is confirmed in writing on receipt of a £75 deposit per car.  Cheques are to be made payable to Fisher Motor Company and sent to Julie Fisher, Pin Mill Cottage, 42 New Street, Charfield, Glos  GL12 8ES.

·                Deposits are non refundable.

·                Payment of your deposit signifies acceptance of our services and terms and conditions of hire.

·                All vehicles are non-smoking.

·                Fisher Motor Company will accept no responsibility, nor will it be held liable in any way for any unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical breakdown, punctures, accident, traffic jams or severe weather conditions.  However, should delays occur or our vehicles become unusable due to any of the stated reasons, or in circumstances beyond our control, the company reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle.

·                Fisher Motor Company cannot be held responsible or liable in any way for loss or damage to client’s property, luggage or personal effects howsoever it is caused.  We will endeavor to make arrangements for the safe return of any property left in the vehicle.

·                In the event of a cancellation of this contract, we must be notified in writing as soon as possible.

·                Cancellation of your booking causes the loss of your deposit which you have paid.  If we are not notified in writing of your cancellation, you will be liable for the full payment of your booking.  If the cancellation is within the 28 days prior to when your balance payment is due, as shown on your confirmation, you are liable for a further 50% of your outstanding balance.
